ANT 255 - Interpreting Lives


3 Credit Hours

This interdisciplinary course examines human experience through the personal accounts of individuals living in different cultures and times. The course teaches how people construct and reaffirm their lives through personal narrative, mark transitions in the human life cycle with rites of passage, and use their own experiences as testimonials against oppression. 

Prerequisite(s): COM 121  or COM 122 , eligibility for the Honors Program

Semesters Offered: Every other Spring alternate with ANT 200 (Honors)
