COM 098 - Academic Literacy II

The course continues the development of reading and writing skills. Students develop a sense of themselves as readers and writers and a sense of the elements that constitute effective academic success. Students will compose essays in response to expository texts.

Prerequisite(s): COM 097, COM 017, COM 019, or appropriate placement
