Among the topics are: electrostatics, direct current circuits, magnetism, electromagnetic induction, capacitance and inductance, alternating current circuits, geometrical optics, lenses and mirrors, and wave optics. Students will be expected to perform experiments and interpret results using the basic theories of physics.
