EAP 020 - Reading I

EAP 020 Reading helps multilingual students become more strategic and proficient in reading academic English. The course provides instruction and comprehensive support based on TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) and EAP (English for Academic Purposes) pedagogies. EAP 020 is the first of two reading courses which emphasize the development of skillful reading strategies in the context of college studies.

Prerequisite(s): EAP 018 with a grade of “C” or better, or placement by appropriate score on placement exam
