ACC 215 - Cost Accounting


4 Credit Hours

Accounting techniques for costing products and services for organizations are included in this course. Emphasis is placed on the implications of the methods used for decision-making purposes. Topics covered include job-order costing, process costing, cost-volume-profit analysis, cost behavior, standard costing, and variance analysis. Students will solve various problems using spreadsheet software. 

Prerequisite(s): ACC 105 Financial Accounting
