STEM Division
This program prepares students to transfer into Bachelor’s engineering programs such that their first and second year science, math, introductory engineering and general education requirements have been completed, depending on students’ transfer college. Students pursuing this program will apply calculus and additional upperlevel mathematics courses to the theory of function and design of objects and devices.
On completion of the program, students will gain hands-on, fundamental engineering skills

- Apply mathematical and scientific concepts to engineering problems.
- Design simple models within industrial and ethical constraints.
- Analyze and interpret data using the scientific method and engineering principles.
- Communicate scientific and mathematical information effectively.
