This program is designed to prepare the student to enter a baccalaureate program in Psychology on the junior level.

Program Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this program, the student should be able to:

  • Differentiate among the various schools and theories of psychology.
  • Analyze the biopsychosocial factors that influence behaviors. 
  • Recognize the psychological relationship among cognition, emotion, and behavior. 
  • Apply the basic features of research methods in psychology using APA style and recognize ethical standards in psychological research.

The program has nine (9) credits of elective coursework.
