MGT 210 - Supervisory Management

Supervisory Management refines the skills needed for the day-to-day activities of a first-line supervisory by affording opportunities to apply the principles of planning, organizing, delegating, motivating, leading, staffing, training, compensating, and appraising. The student will be actively involved in dealing with the challenges faced by this critical member of the management team-the first-line of supervisor.

Prerequisite(s): MGT 100, COM 121 or COM 122
